missing contributor?

Hello! I wrote a lot of code for QMCPACK back in graduate school. Is there a reason my commits are no longer a part of commit and contributor history?

Hi Jeremy: Have you checked the git history to see if there is a mismatched/unmatched email address or ID? You don't show on the list of contributors presumably because GitHub cannot match the old commits to your current account. To my knowledge no commits have ever been deleted (if that ever would be practical), and when we switched to git we did import the previous version control history. So all your commits should be in there. Can you suggest a good file to start looking at where you will have made changes? I'll remind that you are a coauthor on the citation paper https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1361-648X/aab9c3 and your email is in a lot of the file headers.

Thanks for your reply Paul! You're right, I do have commits still in the codebase.

I don't appear in the contributors list though. In case it's an email thing, I went back and verified my uiuc and illinois emails. I'll wait and see if that fixes the issue.

Curiously your GItHub contributions in 2013 currently shows a single entry https://github.com/mcminis1?tab=overview&from=2013-12-01&to=2013-12-31 , but your commit history https://github.com/QMCPACK/qmcpack/commits?author=mcminis1 clearly shows many contributions in 2013. Hopefully this clears up in a few days, but if not, perhaps make a trivial PR?
