REQ: Lastscores as hud-element

As an observer/caster, I'd like to see a list of previously played games on the server.

player 1 vs. player 2 | map | score1:score2

Possible configuration could be number of rows, in addition to the basic size/color etc.
Could it be tied with matchtag so that it only displays latest results from a current matchtag and players?
