Create PortableApps listing

-- I created an issue for this but did not know about discussion section in Github, so now I move it here because this is not an issue report. --

It is appreciated if you could list the software in PortableApps (https://portableapps.com/). As Qalculate is already portable, I was told it takes only a few minutes to package in PortableApps format. Hope it won't be too much of an inconvenience.
