Better Clouds does not render with height extending datapacks or plugins

Having tested v1.10.7-alpha+1.21.8-fabric with

and
https://modrinth.com/plugin/customworldheight
Better Clouds do not render.

Not sure if compatibility is possible but I thought I might as well flag this in case you are interested :)

Everything worked on version 1.21.5. When updating to 1.21.8, clouds stopped being displayed in worlds with the Extended World Height 3.3 (1024) datapack. In worlds without a datapack, everything is there. 1, 2 With Datapack. 3, 4 Without Datapack

UPD: For 1.21.5, the mod version is Beta, everything works. At 1.21.8/10 - Alpha. Most likely, the problems will be fixed in future versions of the mod.

I've never considered world height when developing the mod. It's probably a rather simple fix. Unfortunately I don't have time to look at it currently.
