Make Immersive Portals compatible again

Hi,
I've seen in the issues that Immersive Portals and Better Clouds together made the game really visually broken, but I just tried with the latest compatible version (Better Clouds 1.7.4 and Immersive Portals 6.0.6 (both Fabric 1.21.1)) and it seems to be sort of fine..? Not as many clouds are rendered when viewing them from the nether compared to the overworld, but other than that both dimensions rendered perfectly fine, even with shaders (Complementary)!
And since more than 10 versions released since this mod was marked as incompatible maybe some of these bugs could be already fixed!
