Drop support for Python 3.10 early? #141

quimb has dropped support for Python 3.10 by requiring a recent version of scipy that does not have binary distribution for Python 3.10 in jcmgray/quimb@e79b141.
If we were to bump the minimum required version of quimb, we would have to drop support for Python 3.10 as well, even though it is supported by python.org until next fall.
