Simplify squin address analysis tests

I don't know why it didn't occur to me until #11 to create some helper functions to make the unit tests for the squin address analysis way more readable and easier to develop than just copy-pasting the same code over and over. 

This is pretty low priority but I'm creating an issue to help me keep track of things.
