QASM2-based standard library for squin #648
Description
Currently #644 does its best to map as many QASM2 gates to what squin natively supports. However, there are a couple gates that squin does not have that could still be expressible in standard library form.
For example, squin has no native CRZ, CCX (Toffoli), CU1 gate etc. but per the definitions in https://arxiv.org/abs/1707.03429 it would be very easy to decompose them into gates squin does have.
I don't think this is a particularly high priority but something worth keeping on the radar. Credit to @weinbe58 for pitching this in conversation with me yesterday!
