NOTES

Primarily contains two notebooks for implementing MSD in the gemini logical dialect:

TODO for this PR description:

  • add concrete summary of changes
  • add concretely what else needs to be done
  • add success criteria

Closes #339, #340

Partially blocked by #346

@rafaelha -- would appreciate any comments that you have on magic_state_distillation_reprod.ipynb and msd_reprod_bloqade_decoders.ipynb . Sorry this commit is messy-- haven't yet merged main in, but hoping to do so soon
