Diátaxis: Describe the filesystem hierarchy #112
Description
Per conda-forge/conda-forge.github.io#2701 (comment), it was suggested that we describe the relevant part of filesystem hierarchy. I'm not sure if it's an exact fit for "Compiler concepts", or perhaps a more general doc.
