Download from qt servers blocked?

Recently we added the qt-webengine-feedstock to conda-forge's use of the open-gpu-server. However, the first builds fail due to failing download of the sources.

@aktech, can we somehow enable downloads from download.qt.io?

Hey @zklaus I have dropped an email to our hardware host to remove the firewall that prevents this, I'll get back to you when I hear from them.
