Cache source metadata locally #566

Feature description
In the case where the Ragna app the source storage it uses are separated by a network connection, fetching data and metadata from the source storage can create a bottleneck. This creates slowness for the user, which we obviously don't want.
@pmeier and I propose to create some sort of local caching system so we can limit the number of fetches from the database.
Value and/or benefit
In addition to the speed improvement, this also puts less load on the database.
