Future Chain Support

Expected Behavior

• TS provides the future chain when being used as IDataQueueUniverseProvider

Actual Behavior

• The trade station API does not support providing the future chain currently. They do support option chain though.

Potential Solution

• Wait for TS to provide this information and implement API call, see https://api.tradestation.com/docs/specification
