BUG: mathjax preamble not loading in Jupyter notebooks #58

The exercises and solutions look perfect in HTML and PDF!
There is one minor issue in rending math code in jupyter notebooks:
I think it cannot handle objects like \ZZ, \RR, and \NN, though this might not relate to the objective of this PR.
