Not being able to access newly created bucket

Sometimes when a new bucket is created, it can not be accessed, giving the error of Access Denied. Inside the AWS console, the bucket seems to be created properly, with no additional limiting access policies, so there is no obvious reason for this restriction. After a few hours, or restarting JupyterLab a few times, the bucket becomes accessible.

Important to note, this issue does not seem to occur at all when the bucket is created within the us-east-1 region.

Couldn't reproduce this issue, trying in us-west-2 region. Does it happen for buckets only or for files too? Is there a specific region this happens in?

Thanks for testing it.

The error happens only with buckets and with multiple regions, except for us-east-1, I've seen the error in eu-north-1 and us-west-2. Moreover, the error happens only when using environment variables for setting the credentials, but the behaviour is as expected when counting on boto to extract the credentials.
