Add save/load to SeleneInstance #11
Description
Currently SeleneInstances can only be built with the builder. Unless a build_dir is specified, it is built into a tempdir.
We should have way of saving a SeleneInstance to a more permanent location after it has been built. We should also have a way of loading it from that location.
