Prefs Backup - use text format

Hello,

This is a feature request. It would be great if the exported file for backing up the app preferences/settings to use a text-based format (like json, xml, or whatever) instead of the current .rr_prefs_backup format which is not very human readable, and therefore difficult to compare different backups.
