where to find UID and is it necessary?

I have 4* B400 they're currently connected through network to the NVR (they're not connected directly to nvr)...

I dont know where to find the UID of these cameras.

And when launcing without the uid (but ip address) neolink says Cannot contact camera at given address

I am now having a different error. I was able to have neolink provide rtsp stream once but now i am always having this:

        Connection reset by peer (os error 104)

current configuration file is is

Connect reset by peer means the camera dropped the connection. There's lots of reasons for this so it's not enough to diagnose the issue.
