Have two identical Argus Eco cameras, neolink connects to only one

I have two identical Argus Eco cameras, both purchased at the same time. neolink connects reliably to only one of them. I have double and triple checked the uid. I have tried hard resetting both camera. I tried removing the one that successfully connects from the neolink.toml file to see if neolink will connect to the other one by itself. I have let it try to connect repeatedly over the course of many hours, in every case it it always gives error "registration with reolink servers failed". Connects fine through Reolink app and macOS client.

Would need more thorough testing to know what's going on.

• Can you enable one camera in the config at a time
• If allowed to retry will it eventually connect
• Is there any reason why upp broadcasts aren't going through your network (crucial for local discovery)
• Is this docker based?

Also bump up the log level to debug. Will need to know how your running this to tell you exactly how but general steps are, set the environmental variable RUST_LOG to debug
