Does "map" discovery actually work with cellular cameras?

Hey all, I can't seem to make map mode work. Relay mode works fine. Camera is cellular Keen Ranger PT.

Neolink is sending my local private IP to the Reolink relay server. I have opened a port through the firewall but can't figure out how to provide my public IP and port to the relay so the camera connects back to me.

Relay mode is slow and unreliable, I would love to make a direct connection.

Any help would be appreciated.
