Lower bounds on compat TensorKitSectors

Currently, we have 0.1 as compat entry for TensorKitSectors, but after the addition of #247 we are actually using features that are not in all versions (e.g. leftone). This is somewhat easy to fix, I'm just adding this issue here to remind myself to look into setting up a github workflow to check the lower bounds of the compat versions

Are you planning to make a release of TensorKitSectors before updating the version here? I would really enjoy having QuantumKitHub/TensorKitSectors.jl#20 included.

we are definitely planning to make a release of TensorKitSectors as well, but there is a PR there that is stuck on some weird JET error that we don't understand
