Responses api support and addtional params settings

Volcengine provide some emmebedded tools like web_search when calling api, but it only can be use through reponses api.

new-api now support cover some params now ,but how to add extra_body contents for providers.
this two problems solved, new-api will be more useful than litellm proxy gateway
