This manual covers trained operators and maintainers. Complete site risk review, installation acceptance, and training before use. Do not operate with removed guards, defeated interlocks, damaged cables, abnormal battery condition, or an unresolved safety alarm.
- Inspect the work area, robot, tools, battery, cables, guards, and E-stops.
- Verify the correct unit, payload/tooling, released configuration, and task area.
- Energize through the approved sequence and wait for the ready indication.
- Keep people outside the controlled motion area during automatic operation.
- Stop on unusual sound, heat, smell, motion, repeated fault, or damaged workpiece.
- At shutdown, park safely, stop motion, remove energy as required, and record faults.
Use an E-stop for hazardous or uncontrolled motion; it is not a routine cycle-stop. Do not reset until the cause is understood and the area is clear. Only trained, authorized personnel may isolate energy, open covers, replace modules, or update released software. Damaged batteries follow the site emergency and supplier plan.
For troubleshooting and escalation, use the field-support procedure and preserve the serial, revision, configuration hash, logs, timestamps, and actions attempted.
