Has nigbt model ever worked in qucs?

Ok, sourceforge seems dead https://sourceforge.net/p/qucs/discussion/311050/thread/394e4f130b/?limit=25#6350 , so I try it here:
I try to understand the nigbt model written in Verilog-A. But making a sweep with the default parameter set for output characteristic I only get values in nA. range w/o any expected characteristic.
BTW - same behaviour I have with openVAF compiled model and ngspice.
Has this model worked at any time?
