Frustrating experience

I am having a very frustrating experience with Qwen Code CLI. Do other people share these same issues?

1. It will not search the web or look at any URLs I give it. It tells me it cannot do this. I say yes you can, use your tools, and it replies saying it has no tools to do this. I do not understand the point of using this AI if it cannot find information.

2. It remembers nothing, nothing. What is the use of context if it cannot revert some changes it made?

3. It just does not do what you tell it. It replies with all this information and Qwen seems to think it made code changes and updates but it didn't do anything. All the time I keep telling it to make the changes.

4. Most of the time all it does is make assumptions. It makes up API calls that do not exist for certain frameworks. Why can it just say that it does not know? If it could search the web and read documentation then maybe it would get things right but it says it cannot.

5. Again it just ignores what you tell it to do. Why should I repeat myself again and again?

Are these issues to do with Qwen or is it Gemini CLI issues?
