What's the motivation for this proposal?

We're hampered by cjs, and using a service worker is a bit annoying

Proposed Solution / Feature

This is a small braindump on how to do it nicer

High level:

• the repl should just transform the code in the browser or maybe a webworker. No service worker needed for that
• the result can be placed in an iframe, using blob urls for the html and all the assets
• qwik router can be done like this as well so we'd have a full SPA playground

Details:

• after creating the bundle, the q-manifest can be made with blob urls for every js file
• ideally we use vite, then we can use assets and when their url is rendered we create the blob on the fly
• to call the qwik-router "server", the iframe can call functions in the parent directly, or use postMessage.

this should work in every browser
