Should we recommend released versions?

We have this in the README:

    -- R.nvim is still young and we may make some breaking changes from time
    -- to time. For now we recommend pinning to the latest minor version
    -- like so:
    version = "~0.1.0"

However, released versions may include bugs already fixed in the development version. As reported at #221 (comment)

Should we change the above recommendation to something like the code below?

    -- is a high priority for you, pin to the latest minor version like so:

That makes more sense since we've already fixed many bugs, yet we haven't released a stable version. We could also encourage users to unpin it and try the latest version before reporting an issue, as it might have already been resolved.
