I have given many suggestions to users about your project. For some it worked, I believe it was because they had devices with previous Android where the bootloader referenced something like in your example lk.img file in the https://github.com/R0rt1z2/liblk/tree/master/tests/files

So, trying to understand more about how the project makes the change in the lk.img file, I came across the reference patches.json and also that the user can create their own config.json, which was a great idea.
Even trying to know and convert the references, I didn't understand/couldn't figure out what 30b583b002ab or 40f2a6534E means, since nothing made sense about the text Orange State.

With the update of Androids and their bootloaders, the text above was changed to:

It would be interesting to know about the references. However, if it is not possible, I leave a lk_New.img in the lk_New.zip file for you to manipulate and update the information, since many of the new issues (I believe) are because of this.

I tested the Hex values ​​to change only 3 phrases "Orange State"; "OS Not Being Verified Or Custom OS" and "Dismiss After 5 Seconds" according to what is written in the lk.img file and what is written in the lk-patched.img file.

But I still don't know if what I did is correct. I used the online tool LkPatcher as per the log:
