Cannot install/execute on Ubuntu 24.04.1

I spent about 3 hours. Have RTX 4060 and Cuda 13.0 installed. Got some pip package errors and tried to resolve them. Eventually could not run. Deleted everything so can't share the error message. Just leaving it here so people knows they will likely fail to install and run on a similar system.

In addition to following manual installation steps, I realized I could try Colab which worked fine and it is impressive when it works. So I executed the commands I saw in the Colab (notebook?) and installation failed again at installing base requirements, specifically installation of whisperX. Hope this helps someone to find a solution and I am looking forward to be able to install and run it locally.
