At the moment, user needs to manually install a couple of tools locally (Helm, Helmfile, etc) to be able to install RADAR-Kubernetes.
We can use a tool to do this automatically and reduce a few steps in the installation phase.

One of the possible options is devbox but it does rely on Nix Package Manager which may or may not be ideal.
