Add Support for Reading Data from Google HealthKit

To achieve this, we can ideally introduce a new plugin. This would allow us to access data from a broader range of sources, providing more insights than our application currently supports.

While there has already been some progress in this area via the google_health_connect branch, but merging this branch presents a challenge. The changes in that branch remove critical elements such as the login, splash, and main activities, as well as the Firebase configuration and management portal login flow. Merging this branch would disrupt the current pRMT setup. Therefore, we need to explore an alternative solution that remains compatible with the existing pRMT application.
