Login Issues in pRMT App?

Hello,

I am trying to pair the pRMT app with a project from managementportal. When I scan the QR code, I get the error 'login failed please try again later.' However, when I call the url:

https://radar-base.jh.edu/managementportal/api/meta-token/[token] from the web browser on the android phone, I get the following JSON response:

{"responseToken":[token],"baseUrl":"https://radar-base.jh.edu/","privacyPolicyUrl":"http://info.thehyve.nl/radar-cns-privacy-policy"}

It appears my API endpoint for the QR code is working. Do you have any other troubleshooting suggestions so that I can get logged into the pRMT app?
