Possible RDFLib integration of `sparqlx` (httpx-based SPARQL Protocol client library)

sparqlx is a work-in-progress Python library for httpx-based SPARQL Query and Update Operations according to the SPARQL 1.2 Protocol.

As mentioned in #3302, the RDFLib integration of sparqlx might be worth considering.

Yes, I would like to keep sparqlx separate, at least for now. This issue is merely for keeping a note about possible sparqlx integration around.

As to the integration of a SPARQL builder facility, I am hesitant. A SPARQL Protocol client is something very different from a SPARQL Builder, so I feel like those two responsibilities should best be kept separate.

One can of course use a SPARQL builder and pass any built up query to sparqlx anytime and I wouldn't know how a SPARQL builder integration for a SPARQL Protocol Client would even look like.
