For local mode, we did not set foreign keys pragma on sqlite, which results in progressive loss of db integrity, but no errors. After turning the pragma on, some of our functions may violate foreign key constraints. This was a case for a crucial part of creating a new project. Here is simply put lines in order respecting the constraints.
