Develop more RGB20 schemata

1. Allowing secondary issuance ("inflatable fungible asset", IFA)
2. Allowing burn and replace operations + secondary issuance ("dynamic fungible asset", DFA)
3. Allowing changing asset nominal ("editable fungible asset", EFA) as well as all other operations
