Bug: Delete workflows

Problem

When you delete a workflow the workflow actions are still in the DB

Steps to Reproduce

1. login as scoopdinator
2. go to workflows page
3. now add a workflow
4. now add 3-4 actions with unique or easily seen action names
5. now click on delete workflow
6. no go to prisma studio, and you will still see those uniqiue actions you created.
7. they weren't properly deleted
