1.8.2 Sample Data Issues Running List

Issues found during testing on Sandbox thus far:

At the following are viewable by logging in as Admin Account (glados):

Logging

• Time log entries don't appear to be time shifted
• Action Submissions should not be in the future (impossible)

Projects Tab

• At least some projects, likely "Submitted" or "Needs Revision" need to be assigned to no semester (i.e. they are new submissions or never got used)

Students Tab

• Prior Year's Peer Evaluations has no data or is not displaying properly
• All coach feedback for Buzzboost is "Some feedback here"
• Users last login date not time shifted
• Some users in Future Year should not have logged in to show that use case

Sponsors Tab

• Phone numbers could be more realistic, variations of 555-0100 through 555-0199, with any random area code
• Missing "Type" breaks admin. Types could be "Company" for most, with "Non-Profit" for one or two
• At least a few Sponsors should probably have notes. Variations of "Contacted re: project submission" or "Contacted coach w/ feedback on recent project: Very happy with the team's work". Some maybe should have some revisions. Some in GrowEasy Inc. look good now - not sure if they are sample data or added in testing.
