`WebRtcIPHandlingUrl` policy

Currently POLICIES.md does not acknowledge the existence of this policy which seems to allow users to whitelist which sites can use unrestricted WebRTC. Apparently this policy has existed since version 133.

What would be the drawbacks of using this policy to allow specific websites to use unrestricted WebRTC?

Not much, it would be a good thing to be able to have finer control like that.
