Supermium is a browser that still supports old Windows versions. I recommend you checking how secure it is. Keep in mind that while it may not be the most secure browser, on older Windows versions other options are outdated Chromium or Firefox-based option. Also keep in mind that those Windows versions aren't updated, so even if you get a secure updated browser, it doesn't make your operating system updated and secure.
