Problem Description

I have been encountering pre-commit test fail due to formatting issue with KernelWriter.py.
#3481

The diff shows a lot of changes needed for the formatting error (which seems not related to my change).
How should it be fixed?

Assuming pre-commit is installed, this command will fix the formatting errors:

pre-commit run --files projects/hipblaslt/tensilelite/Tensile/KernelWriter.py

There's info about installing and using pre-commit in the CONTRIBUTING.md

Closed by #3639. Will re-enable pre-commit for hipBLASlt at a later date when it's more manageable for contributors to rebase on formatting changes.
