Zoom to Tileset

• The map should show an optional tileset extents layer.
• In the tileset modal dialogs, there should be a zoom to tileset button. This will help with initial provisioning on a slow/regular internet connection, since panning around the map trying to set up projects first is slow and cumbersome.
