Mobile maps / layers view

Hi is this planned? Openlayers 3 supports mobile view out of the box it appears. Apparently it is only amatter of setting a meta tag with viewport. See also https://openlayersbook.github.io/ch10-openlayers-goes-mobile/example-01.html 

I know there is the  Arbiter app , but still, many users will want to use geoshape in their mobile devices browser,without installing an app..
