Nearly identical to yours above, I've posted a couple WiFi firmware crash errors to:

1. Fix very flaky IIAB installs with: (1) deferred raspi-config do_wifi_country (2) refined iiab-clone-wifi.service.j2 to add ap0 to correct phyname {phy0, phy1, ...} (3) better WiFi firmware crash logging [e.g. to help when "official" Raspberry Pi OS WiFi firmware cyfmac43455-sdio-standard.bin OFTEN crashes] iiab/iiab#3965 (comment)
2. @JamesH65 are you aware that adding brcmfmac.roamoff=1 brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x282000 to /boot/firmware/cmdline.txt solves these quite regular (-110) WiFi firmware crashes?

A better way to set these options is in a dedicated file under /etc/modprobe.d:

$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/brcmfmac.conf
options brcmfmac roamoff=1 feature_disable=0x282000

(although I believe that if we were to make such settings official we would put it in /lib/modprobe.d/brcmfmac.conf)
