Describe the bug
- station模式下，使能RT_WLAN_AUTO_CONNECT_ENABLE且enable autoreconnect
- wifi_disconnect 之后，wifi又重新连接。
期待行为，主动wifi disconnect，就算开启了autoreconnect，也不应该重连
