indexing on taxon?

Quangrong expressed interest in having PloverDB be able to filter results by taxon. Not sure how this would be handled in TRAPI. Need a specific TRAPI example to move forward, I suspect. Will ask the TRAPI working group. Also seeking out clarification about the specific use-case and to try to get an example query.
