Stream KG2 nodes & edges files during index building instead of downloading and unzipping them

This issue focuses on updating build_indexes.py to stream the KG2 nodes and edges files directly from kg2webhost.rtx.ai in compressed form, rather than downloading and unzipping them on the instance.
