Enhance agent.mdc guidelines and remove unused README files

- Updated agent.mdc to include explicit prohibitions against automatic commands and file generation.
- Deleted outdated README files from packages: dev-utils, env, i18n, module-manager, shared, ui, content, content-runtime, and content-ui to streamline documentation.
- Added FeedbackButton component to the Dashboard for improved user interaction.
