Properties tab doesn't move on Resized window

Installed from the MSI.

1. App opens maximized. I hate this, but not a bug per-say. I'm on a 45" 5k monitor and it's a waste of space.
2. When the app is restored from maximized, the Properties tab stays anchored 5000 pixels to the right of my now-much-smaller window.
3. The Create tab on the left offers no scroll bar and no way to access elements below the window.
