Divide up account creation into 2 steps/screens

On the first screen, ask for:

• name
• email
• password

handle Oauth verification on a second screen. include helpful text and privacy info. see #89

On a related note, is there a good reason to ask for the verification method as soon as the person creates their profile? Could we keep that step for the next screen after the first form is submitted?
