GPT-5 ReasoningEffort param update

Feature Request

All new gpt-5 models (including mini/nano) uses reasoning. They added new type of ReasoningEffort ("minimal") Can you update ReasoningEffort enum in package to have better token usage control?

Also to keep in mind there is a new parameter with GPT 5 and it is Verbosity (low, medium and high) to be added in the next update, thanks
